Situated on the Saanich Peninsula, 20 minutes north of Victoria on the way to Butchart Gardens & Victoria Butterfly Gardens, Victoria Estate Winery enjoys the unique warmth and sunshine of Brentwood Bay. Internationally renowned Wine Maker - Eric von Krosigk's initial award winning offering currently includes: Chardonnay, Madeleine Sylvaner, Pinot Gris, Riesling and Merlot.  
Victoria Estate Winery is producing very high quality prize-wining wines from grapes grown on the Saanich Peninsula, up-island, in the Gulf Islands and in the Okanagan Valley of South Central British Columbia. With his international wine medal list approaching 175, von Krosigk, one of Canada's elite wine makers is expecting to continue his winning ways utilizing local grapes.

Vancouver Island Brewery began in Victoria in 1984, when a group of "Islanders" responded to the fleeing of all national and independent breweries on the island. Recognizing the tradition that these breweries had established, Vancouver Island Brewery began brewing handcrafted lagers and ales with fresh, distinctive flavours for the west coast palate. Public tours of Vancouver Island Brewery are offered every Friday and Saturday at 3:00 PM. These tours are available on a first-come-first-serve basis and have a maximum capacity of 30 people. Guided tours include a sampling session of our fine beer and each participant receives a souvenir pint glass. 

 Visit Merridale Ciderworks in Cobble Hill, British Columbia’s first estate cidery. 
Take a stroll through the orchard where we grow our own apples, and chat with our cider makers about their craft. 
See the apple mills and presses, and the fermentation casks where fresh apples and champagne yeast become “the best English-style cider in Canada”!
 Then enjoy a complimentary sample of your favourite cider in our rustic farmhouse store. 
Merridale Ciders are hand crafted, all natural, and made from 100% undiluted juice, not from concentrate, not pasteurized.
With half a dozen unique varieties, you're bound to find a favourite! 

Vigneti Zanatta is owned and operated by the Zanatta family. The 120 acre farm was originally the site of a dairy farm when the Zanatta’s purchased it in 1958. 
Since then 30 acres have been planted in vines, including Ortega, Cayuga, Auxerrois, Pinot Grigio, Pinot Nero, Muscat and Madeleine X Sylvaner. The remainder of the farm is in pasture, hay fields, forest and old fruit orchards. 
The Zanatta farm is still very much a working farm. The growing and production of our wine is specifically tailored to bring out the character of our region, and our particular site.

Engeler Farm works with the Aerie Resort, Cowichan Bay Farm, and several other local farms and wineries to offer farm tours. These popular tours offer a unique opportunity to visit the valley’s most innovative food producers followed by a deliciously simple lunch at Engeler Farm featuring the freshest local ingredients. Visit a cheesemaker, a heritage farm featuring rare breed farm animals and an art gallery in a lovely converted dairy barn, sample local cider and wines, fresh asparagus in season or maybe even meet Canada’s only herd of genuine water buffalo at Fairburn Farm! Springtime is an especially wonderful time to see baby animals and blossoming gardens and flowers.
